American Idol champ David Cook has just listed his home in the Hollywood Hills for $1.5M. Cook, a Missouri native, purchased the house in 2010 for $1.3M, so he's looking for a modest profit on the cute three-bed pad. No word yet on whether the platinum-record artist will be staying in SoCal or heading back home to Kansas City. [The Real Estalker]

 

David Cook, the winner of the seventh season of "American Idol," rose to fame after winning the hit reality television show and subsequently selling millions of albums. Today, four years after Cook made his "American Idol" debut, the singer-songwriter is undergoing yet another rite of celebrity passage: selling his luxe digs. According to Realtor.com, Cook, who has dropped off the Tinseltown celeb map in recent years, just listed his L.A. home for $1.495 million.
